As a wireless sales consultant for Wireless Exclusive, you are the face of the company; on the front lines serving team Magenta. Wireless Exclusive sales consultants are wireless and mobility experts who match our product and service solutions to our customers’ needs. A sales representative will ascertain what each individual needs by right fitting them with the correct device and accessories based on their specific needs. Other responsibilities include developing new consumer and business accounts while maintaining a professional and technological knowledge of the cutting edge technology, maximizing profitability by attaining goal requirements and fulfilling objectives. Will require talent, passion, and willingness to grow.
Sales Floor Lead
Responsible for providing guidance, leadership, and coaching to sales representatives on a daily basis. The Sales floor lead is continuously on the sales floor with his associates providing leadership with customer sales, device fit guides, accessory sales and ensuring an environment of outstanding customer service. The Sales floor lead is also responsible for working with the store manager to develop marketing strategies; sales consultant guidance and business plan development. This role requires a willingness to grow within the company and utmost responsibility. You will lead a sales team in the development of customer relationships and prospective accounts.
Retail Store Manager
The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining a retail outlet and providing leadership to staff. The position requires recruiting and managing the sales staff on a daily basis, maintains the location up to planogram standards, maintaining outstanding customer service, and constant driving growth in customer service and revenue. The store manager is also responsible for leading his staff in developing customer relationships, group thinking, and creating an environment of natural synergy. Duties include achieving target goals, up to date training of cutting edge T-Mobile technology, scheduling of staff, and conducting promotional activities. You will manage the location’s direct sales initiatives as well as supervise related sales support programs.
Technical Service Consultant
As a technical service consultant, you will be responsible for operational aspects of customer devices. You will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software and system failures using established policies and procedures. You will be responsible for repair/solution of customer issues to minimize customer downtime. Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; and recommending system improvements. Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
